Collaboratory Coworking Vision & Mission
The Ravenna Collaboratory is a non-profit, cooperative, multi-purpose space shared by organizations and individuals who care about social change through creativity and collaboration. Our community space is meant to be shared, and is meant to facilitate collaboration, cooperation, and cross-pollination. In partnering with the Collaboratory, you agree to contribute towards our mission of fueling social change through collaboration and creativity, and agree to help build our community through respectful treatment of all people at the Collab.
Coworking and Event Partner Agreement
I understand the mission/vision of the Ravenna Colaboratory and agree to contribute to and participate in it through my contributions as a Coworking Partner or Venue Renter.
WELCOMING AND RESPECTFUL SPACE POLICY: In partnering with the Collaboratory, you agree to promote social justice, equality, and equity through respectful treatment of all people and users of the Collab. There is no tolerance of discrimination, violence, harassment, and hate speech. Any such action should be reported to Collaboratory Staff. The Ravenna Collaboratory reserves the right to evict objectionable persons from its premises and terminate a Partnership agreement within its discretion for reasons including but not limited to offensive, violent, or oppressive behavior. This includes but is not limited to: sexism, racism, colorism, anti-blackness, ableism, ageism, Islamophobia, Anti-Semitism, homophobia, fatphobia, transphobia. Partners acknowledge that they understand, accept, and support the social mission of the space and the nature of the Collaboratory as a shared, inclusive, and multi-purpose space. In partnering with the Collaboratory, you assume responsibility for your guests’ behavior and ensure that your guests abide by the above expectations.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY: The above signed Partner understands some information may be overheard in a shared space (virtually or in person). Partners agree to use discretion and keep confidential any sensitive information overheard.
